Terms of use and license
The plain terms for buying and using TokenCore. By installing or using TokenCore you agree to them.

Who you're dealing with
TokenCore is made by Sit Wiz LLC (“we”). Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it is the seller on your receipt and handles payment, tax and invoicing under its own buyer terms.
Free trial
TokenCore runs free for 14 days from the first time you open it, with every feature. After that it needs a license key to keep showing your data; your settings and saved history stay on your computer either way.
Your license
A purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to:
- install and use TokenCore on up to 3 computers you own or control, on Windows and on macOS;
- receive the updates we publish for the version you bought.
The license is for you, not a whole organization; teams need one license per person. You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish your license key, or remove or get around the license check. TokenCore is licensed, not sold; we keep all rights not granted here.
Launch pricing
The launch price applies to the first 500 purchases. After that, TokenCore costs $7.99. A later price change does not affect a license you already bought.
Refunds
If TokenCore doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase at hello@tokencore.app. A refunded license stops working.
Your accounts with AI providers
TokenCore shows information from services you already use, such as Claude, Codex, Cursor or GitHub Copilot, using sign-ins those services issued to you. You are responsible for following those services' own terms. TokenCore is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Providers change their systems without notice; when that breaks a feature, we'll try to restore it in an update, but we can't promise that every provider will stay supported.
Estimates, not bills
Spend figures are estimates, calculated from the tools' local logs at published API prices. Your actual charges come from each provider and can differ. Quota and pace figures come from providers and may lag or be incomplete.
Ending and suspending processes
TokenCore can end or suspend programs on your computer when you tell it to. Ending a program can lose its unsaved work. TokenCore protects essential system processes and asks before risky actions, but you are responsible for what you choose to end.
No warranty
TokenCore is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate for every provider.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, work or profits, arising from your use of TokenCore. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.
Open-source components
TokenCore includes open-source software and data under their own licenses, listed on the third-party notices page. Those licenses apply to those components.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date, and applies to use after that date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions: hello@tokencore.app.
